Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic to lead the maintenance team in a high-speed packaging and manufacturing environment. You will mentor technicians, troubleshoot complex equipment, and support installation of new systems while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include PMs, work orders, and continuous improvements to keep plant equipment at peak performance across shifts, including nights or weekends. Benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in automated manufacturing or distribution environments.
• 7+ years general industrial maintenance in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in standard maintenance skills and practices.
• Experience repairing and maintaining high-speed packaging equipment.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team and support all maintenance department activities.
• Coach and mentor mechanics to ensure development and understanding of technology.
• Provide SME for maintenance of plant equipment and processes.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and create PMs and documentation.
• Complete plant work orders and preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Ensure equipment operates at optimum levels and perform short and long-term improvements.
• Follow safety guidelines and support food safety and quality programs.
