Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper, a leading beverage company, seeks a Maintenance Mechanic II for its Sacramento-area facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment, with emphasis on the utilities side of maintenance.

You’ll support autonomous maintenance, TPM, and continuous improvement. The position requires 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, the ability to work a 3rd shift, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent education.
• Self-motivated team player with communication and problem-solving skills.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and humidity conditions.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and overtime as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems and perform repairs.
• Wire moderately complex control circuits.
• Train line operators to support autonomous maintenance and TPM.
• Fabricate, repair, and install piping and related components.
• Troubleshoot and program minor changes in Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Identify root causes and reduce downtime with effective problem-solving.
