Qualifications

• More than 5 years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills and industry specific technology to coordinate and respond to requests.
• Regularly performs manual, task‑oriented work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Assigning tasks to multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance staff and communicate assignments.
• Coordinate site staffing with the Community Manager.
• Coordinate and schedule appropriate training for employees.
• Ensure safety and skill training for all maintenance staff.
• Inspect property safety and perform audits as needed.
• Oversee repairs, rehabilitation, and construction projects.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and follow up with maintenance staff.
• Respond to resident requests per company standards.
