Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA Core, Type I Appliances, Type II-HVAC, and Certified Pool Operator certifications required.
• Advanced computer skills to coordinate resident/management requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance staff scheduling and assignments.
• Perform site inspections and address safety and liability hazards.
• Oversee interior/exterior rehab and construction projects.
• Respond to resident requests per company standards.
• Maintain and secure property-issued tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
