Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in Hayward, CA is seeking a Senior Maintenance/Facilities Engineer to support daily operations, design and optimize plant systems, equipment, and utilities for safety, reliability, and efficiency.

You will lead CAPA/NCR investigations, coordinate capital projects, validations, and provide engineering support to manufacturing and maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of employees, suppliers, and consultants.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing systems; strong documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical hands-on support and continuous improvement for production equipment, automation, infrastructure, utilities and capital projects.
• Act as a main contact for management/maintenance of Critical Systems, Infrastructure and Process Equipment.
• Lead CAPA and NCR investigations, identify root causes, corrective actions and verification of effectiveness.
