Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior maintenance experience on automated manufacturing machines/equipment.
• Fluent English with reading/writing ability; knowledge of cGMP regulations.
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo preferred).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fixes, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance on medical device manufacturing equipment and related systems.
• Resolves issues related to equipment, process, compliance; responds to trouble calls promptly.
• Performs daily preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is operational.
• Work safely; follow plant safety programs and GDP documentation practices.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and document all work in CMMS.
• Support department and site continuous improvement projects.
