Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Maintenance Reliability to join our Engineering team.

You will drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement, lead automation projects, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance across the plant. You will mentor engineers and maintenance personnel while partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, and Validation teams to optimize uptime and product quality.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related engineering field and 3-5 years in manufacturing engineering, automation, or project engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, validation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing project budgets and capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations to meet schedules, quality, compliance, and cost objectives.
• Lead and coordinate manufacturing automation projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Apply engineering principles to improve processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Develop and manage capital budgets for manufacturing projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to execute initiatives.
• Monitor timelines and expenditures, providing updates to leadership.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Review and maintain preventive maintenance plans and documentation.
• Oversee mold maintenance activities and validation/testing programs.
• Support FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and software validation activities.
