Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a 2-year degree, prefer a Bachelor's degree, and have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have experience leading a team.
• Understand mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Familiar with hazardous chemicals and OSHA/EPA/FDA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities in a manufacturing operation.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Monitor equipment performance and reliability.
• Manage budgets and oversee outsourcing of maintenance.
