Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of engineering experience, preferably in FDA manufacturing.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interface well with personnel at all levels.
• Ability to operate in and support a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Lean Manufacturing and 6S experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for plant facilities and utilities.
• Apply the Building Management System (BMS) to track and report on plant environmental conditions.
• Lead project teams to achieve project and area objectives.
• Program utility controls using Allen-Bradley and SCADA systems.
• Ensure work orders and PMs are performed efficiently and reported accurately.
• Analyze, propose, and implement long-term solutions to existing and recurring problems.
• Inspect, monitor, and maintain facility and equipment compliance with cGMP standards.
