Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Chief Maintenance Engineering Manager for Holiday Inn Express Savannah Historic District and Hampton Inn Savannah Historic District. You will lead the maintenance team, ensuring safe, reliable operations of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pools, and life-safety systems while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a lead maintenance role.
• Hotel maintenance experience is highly desired.
• Ability to monitor contractor performance and manage services.
• Knowledge of NFPA‑72 and life/safety systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and CMMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance staff, plan and delegate work.
• Monitor interior and exterior operations and coordinate repairs.
• Oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and life safety systems.
• Prepare operational and capital budgets and report on service orders.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach maintenance team members with AGM/GM support.
