Qualifications

• Identify and report safety hazards; correct issues and notify supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of hotel systems and equipment.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile maintenance.
• Paint, minor roof repairs, and exterior projects.
• Repair pool and exercise room equipment as needed.
• Participate in preventative maintenance programs.
• Monitor consumables stock and replenish as needed.
• Assist Chief Engineer on technical projects and prepare shift reports.
