Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Senior Maintenance Engineer for our automotive manufacturing site in Georgia. You will lead equipment reliability programs, optimize maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

You'll mentor Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, and data-driven reliability initiatives to maximize uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related engineering field.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance, reliability or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience leading maintenance improvement initiatives in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives to maximize production uptime and operational efficiency.
• Analyze recurring equipment failures and conduct advanced root cause investigations to identify permanent corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs including equipment uptime, downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance costs.
• Provide technical leadership to Maintenance Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians.
• Lead troubleshooting involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, and automated systems.
• Support installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and lines.
• Evaluate performance and recommend upgrades and capital improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and manufacturing performance.
• Support spare parts strategy and inventory management.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, RCA, and other methods.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and service providers.
• Maintain maintenance standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Participate in audits and risk assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
