Job summary

Mpowering People seeks a senior leader to direct maintenance, facilities and reliability in a high-volume automotive manufacturing facility in Tennessee. You will drive preventive and predictive strategies, troubleshoot complex failures and lead capital projects to maximise uptime and OEE.

Collaborating across Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain, you will manage budgets, oversee technicians, and push lean, cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

Experience leading maintenance teams in high-volume manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automated systems.
Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance, PLCs, robotics and automation.
Automotive manufacturing experience preferred (injection moulding, painting, plating, assembly).
Experience with CMMS, capital projects and maintenance budgets advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance supervisors, technicians and skilled trades teams.
Develop preventive, predictive and reliability-centred maintenance strategies to maximise equipment uptime and OEE.
Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Lead capital projects, equipment installations, facility upgrades and automation initiatives.
Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, spare parts and resources.
Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, reliability and cost-reduction initiatives.
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to support production targets.
