Qualifications

• Reliability mindset focused on preventive maintenance and uptime.
• Experience with CMMS scheduling, reporting, and workflow improvement.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Drive quality initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent repeats.
• Review and monitor rotating equipment conditions.
• Develop, implement, and manage KPIs.
• Participate in equipment design to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and sketches.
• Create and present reports detailing maintenance activities, status, shutdown planning, and costs.
• Lead and develop technicians while enforcing performance standards.
