Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead equipment reliability and maintenance optimization in a highly automated automotive manufacturing setting. You will drive uptime improvements, support capital projects, and develop long-term maintenance strategies to sustain production goals.

The role requires coordinating with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams, performing root cause analyses, and guiding teams to implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance, reliability or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience leading maintenance improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment reliability and maintenance improvement initiatives to maximize production uptime and efficiency.
• Analyze recurring equipment failures and conduct root cause investigations to implement permanent corrective actions.
• Develop and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs including uptime, downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and costs.
• Provide technical leadership to Maintenance Engineers and Technicians.
• Lead troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automation systems.
