Lillibridge Healthcare Services Inc. is seeking a Chief Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance for a portfolio of medical office buildings in Indianapolis.

You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate work orders, and drive budgets, contracts, and capital expenditures to ensure safe, reliable facilities for patients and tenants. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in maintenance, a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, and strong Excel/CAD skills.

Qualifications

• Two-year college/technical school completed or 7–10 years related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CFC handling certification preferred.
• Must be located in Indianapolis area and onsite 5 days a week.

Responsabilités
