Job summary

Lillibridge Healthcare Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service multiple medical office properties in the Fishers and Noblesville area. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, using work order software and prioritizing urgent tenant needs.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 2+ years of related experience, and possibly BAS knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in healthcare, commercial real estate, or hospital settings.
• Certifications in HVAC, CFC handling, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience with BAS and building systems monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders using work order software.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues safely.
• Prioritize work orders by urgency, safety, and tenant needs; update status regularly.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and inventory of parts/tools.
• Communicate with tenants, property managers, and vendors to coordinate work.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and building codes; on-call after hours.
• Support supervision and coordinate with contractors as needed.
