Job summary

Cornerstone Companies, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee daily operation of one or more medical office buildings.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, and coordinate repairs to keep facilities safe, compliant, and ready to support patient care. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of facilities maintenance experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license to travel between sites as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and comfort calls.
• Maintain generators and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Order materials and manage inventory.
• Keep mechanical rooms and common areas clean and organized.
