Job summary

Lillibridge Healthcare Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multiple medical office properties across the Fishers and Noblesville market. The role requires on-site work five days a week with after-hours on-call rotation and travel between locations to perform maintenance and respond to tenant requests.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance on building systems, and coordinating with vendors to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience; healthcare/CRE/hospital familiarity preferred.
• Certifications (e.g., HVAC, CFC Handling, Electrical, Plumbing) preferred.
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders using work order software.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues safely and efficiently.
• Prioritize work orders and adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and provide timely updates on activities and status.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and parts.
• Communicate with tenants, property management, vendors, and team members.
• Provide responsive support to tenants and property teams.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and vendors to support maintenance activities.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
