Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering or maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading or supporting projects involving mechanical, electrical, controls, or industrial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and cross-departmental communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of professional maintenance practices.
• Develop and standardize maintenance processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyze equipment performance to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Create and maintain technical drawings, documentation, and records.
• Evaluate components and lifecycle management; recommend repairs or replacements.
• Develop condition-based and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead standardized maintenance procedures and work instructions.
• Lead initiatives to extend equipment life and reduce losses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement methods, systems, and tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects across the facility.
