Job summary

Alkegen is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Leader to drive reliability across critical assets in a manufacturing environment. You will spearhead TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance programs, and a data-driven approach to minimize downtime while boosting asset availability.

You will mentor a multi-shift maintenance team, coordinate with procurement for spare parts, and enforce safety and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and hands-on problem‑solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years maintenance experience in a process-driven manufacturing environment with leadership.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills; PLC/automation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, reliability, TPM, OEE, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with CMMS, MRO procurement, contractors, and critical spare-parts management.
• Knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, NFPA, and industrial safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities and implement a comprehensive preventive/predictive program.
• Establish maintenance planning, scheduling, PM compliance and reliability standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions for recurring failures.
• Implement TPM and autonomous maintenance with operator involvement.
• Improve OEE using downtime, speed, quality, MTBF and MTTR data.
• Manage maintenance team across three shifts and develop future leaders.
• Oversee MRO procurement and strategic inventory of critical spare parts.
• Utilize CMMS to manage assets, PMs, work orders, and maintenance history.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and plant facilities management.
