Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA seeks an experienced engineer to own and evolve automated manufacturing test systems. You will design scalable architectures, develop test software, and drive integration across hardware, software, and production processes.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and IT teams to ensure reliable, production-ready test solutions and data-driven decision support on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing automated test systems.
• Experience integrating hardware and software for manufacturing.
• Experience interfacing MES, databases, and factory automation.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable manufacturing test architectures for production environments.
• Develop test software, interfaces, and automated workflows.
• Create robust test solutions for cell/module/system-level testing.
• Integrate test systems with MES and factory automation platforms.
• Lead hardware-software integration and troubleshooting on the floor.
