Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise IBM mainframe environments (z/OS, IBM Z).
• 5+ years in capacity planning, performance engineering, and production troubleshooting.
• 3+ years analyzing utilization trends and forecasting capacity needs.
• 3+ years using mainframe monitoring and performance tools.
• 2+ years using advanced Excel reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize mainframe resource utilization and performance.
• Conduct capacity planning, forecasting, and trend analysis for scalability.
• Identify high-resource consumers and implement optimization strategies.
• Deliver utilization reports and capacity recommendations for investments.
• Provide on-call production support for performance incidents.
