Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize mainframe resource utilization across z/OS.
• Perform capacity planning, trend analysis and performance diagnostics.
• Identify high-resource consumers and implement optimizations.
• Produce utilization reports and capacity recommendations for investments.
• Lead testing, QA, and incident response for performance issues.
