• Conduct capacity planning, forecasting, trend analysis, and real-time diagnostics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize efficiency.
• Deliver utilization reports and capacity recommendations for investments and upgrades.
• Provide leadership for testing, QA, production support, and on-call incidents.
