Job summary
Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager to own end-to-end mainframe modernization engagements in the Enterprise Services practice. You will manage scope, budget, risk and delivery across multiple workstreams, coaching others and elevating delivery standards.
You will coordinate with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, including planning, migration, cutover and stabilization, with a focus on compliant governance and measurable
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience delivering technology projects.
- Ownership of engagements end to end with accountability for scope, schedule and budget.
- Experience delivering software implementation or systems integration in complex environments.
- Experience with Fixed Price and Time & Materials delivery models.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned engagements end to end from initiation to closeout.
- Develop and manage detailed schedules, forecasts and cost performance.
- Lead change control, risk, issue and dependency management.
- Communicate status and escalate risks to stakeholders and executives.
- Coach and mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvements.
