Job summary

Rocket Software in the United States is seeking a Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager to own delivery of assigned mainframe modernization engagements from assessment through handover. You will independently manage scope, schedule, cost and risk, escalating with recommendations when needed.

The role includes coaching others and contributing to reusable templates and best practices across Enterprise Services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience delivering technology projects, including vendor-side or consulting delivery.
• Experience owning engagements end to end with accountability for scope, schedule and cost.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute mainframe modernization deliveries end to end with high autonomy.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk across multiple workstreams.
• Produce delivery-ready reporting and conduct executive-level steering meetings.
