Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager in the United States. You will own end-to-end delivery of mainframe modernization engagements, from assessment and planning through migration, cutover and stabilization, reporting to the Director, Technical Project Management within Enterprise Services.

In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll run engagements with independence, coach junior PMs, and help institutionalize templates and best practices across Enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering technology projects including vendor-side or consulting delivery to external customers.
• Experience owning engagements end to end with accountability for scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Experience delivering software implementation or systems integration in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute mainframe modernization engagements end to end with autonomy.
• Maintain schedules, forecast resources and manage cost performance.
• Run change control and manage risk, with documented approvals and traceability.
• Facilitate status meetings and deliver reporting for business and technical stakeholders.
• Coach and review work of less experienced project managers and contribute to standard processes.
