Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager in the United States to own end-to-end delivery of mainframe modernization engagements. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, risk and stakeholder expectations from assessment through handover, with independence and senior-level influence.

You will also mentor junior PMs, contribute to delivery templates, and help raise the practice standards within Enterprise Services, reporting to the Director of Technical Project Management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering technology projects, including external customer engagements.
• Proven ownership of engagements from initiation to closeout with accountability for scope, schedule and cost.
• Experience in software implementation or systems integration in production environments.
• Familiarity with Fixed Price and Time & Materials contracts and related governance.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned engagements end to end from initiation through closeout with autonomy.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and deliver executive-level reporting.
• Coach and guide junior project managers and contribute to process improvements across Enterprise Services.
