Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex issues.
• Oversee programming and debugging activities.
• Respond promptly to incidents and service tickets.
• Provide technical consultation on challenging situations.
• Lead large projects to improve processes or support capabilities.
• Manage external vendors as needed.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices.

Qualifications

Required
