Are you a client service expert with a knack for navigating complex systems?

Do you thrive in a diverse, remote work environment?

If so, Pratt and Lefevre Corporation are looking for a Corporate Strategic Advisor (CSA) to join our team on an independent contractor basis! Start part-time and choose to stay part-time to supplement other income or grow into a full-time position as we build your client pool.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and strategic advice to a national client base.
• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
• Guide clients to effectively navigate and leverage our unique business organization strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

What You Bring:

• Strong customer service background, preferably in a professional B2B setting.
• Experience handling a diverse client base with cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex systems.
• Financial background or prior CFO experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, thriving in a remote work environment.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $80/hour, with earnings based on hours worked.
• Flexible contract arrangement.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• You will start part-time, one client at a time as we assign new or reassign current clients. We will continue assigning clients as long as you meet the standards and are open to more work. It may take a couple of months to reach full-time capacity.
