Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

As a member of our Cloud Services team reporting to the Cloud Services Manager, you will contribute to our transformation from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture. You will support the application tier both in our private and public cloud data centers. You will help improve the reliability and delivery of our product through automation and auto-remediation. You will ensure issues are resolved efficiently and sustainably. You will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Typically requires 5+ years managing web servers and infrastructure administration experience.
• Proven history building automated solutions that enable resiliency and self-healing of applications.
• Capability to analyze packet captures using tools such as Wireshark.
• Public Cloud experience: Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services.
• Experience with open source technologies and cloud services including Kubernetes, Docker, Spacelift, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible.
• Operations technologies including Web Servers (IIS 10), Server OS (Windows Server, Linux), scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), network protocols (IPv4/IPv6, FTP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, HTML, XML), and application clustering/load balancing.
• Knowledge of .Net website functionality, Redis, and Consul.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Elastic, PRTG, Dynatrace, and content delivery networks like Akamai.
• Experience with OpsGenie, PagerDuty, load balancers (F5 LTM, Azure Load Balancer).

For this role, the Base Salary ranges from $113,600 to $170,400, with an annual target bonus of 5% of the base salary. Actual pay will depend on skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
