Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Db2 for z/OS DBA experience.
• 3+ years with Db2 Administration Tools (OMEGAMON, SPUFI, etc.).
• 3+ years advanced SQL tuning and index management in Db2 z/OS.
• 3+ years JCL development and 24x7 on-call production support.
• 1+ year experience with database replication in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Db2 z/OS and IDMS databases in production and non-production environments.
• Tune SQL, analyze access paths, and recommend indexes to optimize performance.
• Automate DBA tasks to improve efficiency and legacy support.
• Manage backup, recovery, replication, and DR testing processes.
