Job summary

Zebra Technologies seeks a Senior Account Manager, Machine Vision (Manufacturing) to manage complex accounts and drive strategic initiatives within the sales function. You will apply advanced solution-selling skills and influence high-level decision-makers to deliver value-driven outcomes.

This role requires hands-on experience in machine vision or fixed industrial scanning, strong technical comprehension, and the ability to lead negotiations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor others

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in B2B field sales.
Current or previous machine vision and/or fixed industrial scanning experience required.
Advanced domain/solutions knowledge; travel up to 50%.
Preferred: manufacturing vertical experience; strong partner/distributor work.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of Zebra products to address customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Grow relationships with high-value customers and align with their long-term objectives.
Lead negotiations for large-scale deals and ensure profitability.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Mentor junior team members and represent Zebra at events.
