Swagelok in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Level III Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will produce fluid-system components to exacting standards, troubleshoot issues, and perform machine changeovers with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will work on a modern, temperature-controlled shop floor, using precise gauges and tools. The role offers ongoing training, opportunities for career development, and a sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Machining/mfg experience: at least 30 months.
• Understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Experience with machine setup and reading blueprints.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and changeover manufacturing equipment per standard work.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other gauges.
• Monitor outputs, adjust tooling and machine settings for quality.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and coordinate repairs.
• Document production activities and maintain records.
• Mentor less experienced operators.
