Swagelok is hiring a Level III Machine Operator in Strongsville, OH for 2nd shift. You will run and changeover equipment, read blueprints, and inspect parts to meet tight quality standards. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a clean, controlled environment.

You’ll use precision gauges, document production, and mentor newer operators. A 2:45 pm–1:00 am shift supports overtime as needed, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 30 months of machining or manufacturing experience (or current Swagelok Level II).
• Experience with machine set up, blueprint reading, and basic programming.

Responsibilities

• Operate and changeover manufacturing equipment per standard workInstructions and production schedules.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools and ensure quality.
• Document production activities and maintain manufacturing records.
• Train and mentor less experienced operators.
