This entry‑level role rewards hands‑on skills, basic math, and teamwork. Overtime and a 10% shift differential for 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:15 pm, Mon–Fri) are available, plus a $1,500 sign‑on bonus after 30 days, contingent on continued employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, fractions and decimals.
• Self-motivation and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily shift start-up meetings and handoff reports.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per standard work instructions.
• Follow quality plans and specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
• Identify quality or process issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
• Document production activities and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
