Swagelok in Highland Heights, OH is seeking a Level III Machine Operator for a 3rd shift. You will run and set up equipment, inspect parts with precision tools, and maintain quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 30 months of machining or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with machining processes, tooling, and metal cutting equipment.
• Ability to set up machines and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Follow Swagelok's production system (SPS) and participate in daily shift start-up meetings.
• Operate and changeover manufacturing equipment according to instructions.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and enforce quality plans.
• Monitor outputs, adjust tooling and machine settings for quality and efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot machining issues and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain records.
• Train and mentor less experienced operators.
