You’ll learn on modern machines in a clean, temperature-controlled plant and gain hands-on experience daily. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and a proactive, safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily shift-startup and participate in handoff reports.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per standard work.
• Follow quality plans and specs during production.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
• Identify and elevate quality or process issues to resume production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine machine care.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
