Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Tech Support I to deliver on-site Windows/macOS/iOS support across regional offices. You will be the SME for Apple tech, manage MDM, patching, scripting, and security baselining while partnering with IT teams and mentoring technicians.

The role requires strong problem-solving, high‑pressure service, and willingness to travel to other U.S. offices as needed. On-site, Monday–Friday work ethic is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 10+ years' experience supporting Windows and Macintosh OS with macOS depth.
• CompTIA A+/Net+ and ACSP certifications required or equivalent experience.
• Experience administering an enterprise MDM and scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site Tier I–III support for Windows and macOS at regional offices.
• Administer Apple devices, MDM, configuration profiles, and patching.
• Develop automation scripts for macOS configuration and security baselines.
• Collaborate with IT peers, document processes, and mentor junior staff.
