Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking an experienced M365 SharePoint Engineer to lead on-premises to SharePoint Online migrations and modern intranet deployments. You will shape information architecture, manage migration waves, and partner with client stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will guide discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment across the full lifecycle, leveraging Power Platform for forms/workflows and ensuring governance and security alignment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and/or migrations.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
• Experience with at least one major migration toolset (e.g., Migration Manager, ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest).
• Experience implementing modern SharePoint Online intranets (IA, hubs, navigation, search, metadata, and permissions).
• Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to lead workshops and present recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience delivering in regulated or security-conscious environments, incorporating identity, governance, and compliance requirements into designs.
• Prior enterprise consulting experience (client-facing delivery).

Aufgaben

• Assess & plan migrations: run discovery/inventory, define migration scope and waves, estimate effort/complexity, and establish cutover and hypercare plans.
• Design the target intranet: define information architecture, hub/site strategy, navigation, search approach, metadata/content types, and permissions model.
• Execute migrations: configure and operate Microsoft and third-party migration tooling, manage pilots, remediate issues, and drive successful cutovers.
• Modernize solutions: map legacy workflows/forms to Power Automate and Power Apps patterns where appropriate.
• Enable operations & governance: establish standards, provisioning/lifecycle controls, and operational reporting.
• Lead stakeholders: run workshops, produce client-ready deliverables, and communicate risks, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to technical and business audiences.
