Job summary

EY is looking for a senior M365 SharePoint Engineer to lead enterprise migrations from SharePoint Server on-premises to SharePoint Online and to build modern intranets within Microsoft 365. You will design information architecture, migration waves, and modernization patterns, working with client stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

You will bring deep experience across SharePoint Server/Online and Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Teams, and OneDrive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of delivering SharePoint solutions and migrations using Microsoft tools.
• Experience with enterprise-scale migrations and modern intranets.
• Strong knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SharePoint Server to Online migrations.
• Design target intranet information architecture and navigation.
• Configure migration tooling, run pilots, and manage cutover.
• Develop and govern modern intranet patterns with Power Platform.
