Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced M365 SharePoint Engineer to lead on-premises to SharePoint Online migrations and to design modern intranets. You will guide information architecture, migration waves, and transformation strategies across large-scale environments.

You will apply deep expertise in SharePoint Server/Online and Microsoft 365 administration to deliver secure, scalable solutions with governance and risk considerations.

Qualifications

3+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and migrations using Microsoft technologies.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
Experience implementing modern SharePoint Online intranets (IA, hubs, navigation, search, metadata, and permissions).
Working knowledge of Power Platform, especially for forms/workflow modernization patterns.

Responsibilities

Assess migrations: define scope, waves, and cutover plans.
Design the target intranet information architecture and permissions model.
Execute migrations using Microsoft and third-party tooling; manage pilots and cutovers.
Modernize legacy patterns to Power Platform where appropriate.
