Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience architecting and engineering Microsoft 365 solutions, incl. Purview and workloads
• Experience architecting, implementing, and governing Purview capabilities
• Experience developing governance, security, and compliance controls for Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-enabled M365 services
• Experience with incident resolution, scope determination, and root-cause analysis
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Ability to work with high autonomy, refining ambiguous requests and delivering end-to-end solutions
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders and articulate design decisions, risks, and tradeoffs
• Ability to lead engineering workstreams and platform-level initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, engineering, and governance of Purview capabilities and related M365 workloads
• Contribute to architectural design and governance strategies for information protection, data governance, and automation services
• Support enterprise governance initiatives for Copilot and Copilot Studio with secure AI requirements
• Drive resolution of complex incidents and implement service improvements across the M365 ecosystem
• Partner with engineering, support, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation, engineering standards, and repeatable implementation practices
• Support strategic initiatives in data governance, AI enablement, platform modernization, and cross-service integration
