Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Senior M365 Platform Security, Compliance & AI Architect to define the enterprise architecture for governance and secure automation across Microsoft 365, Purview, Defender, and Copilot platforms.

You will partner across security, data, risk, and engineering teams to embed Zero Trust, least privilege, and responsible AI into multi‑year roadmaps, while aligning with regulatory demands and enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise technology experience with security, compliance, data governance, or AI platform architectures at scale.
• Demonstrated architecture experience with Purview, Information Protection, Defender, Entra ID, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related services.
• Deep expertise in data classification, encryption, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, auditing, insider risk, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the target‑state architecture and multi‑year roadmap for Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, Defender, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and integrations.
• Define reference architectures, service boundaries, and guardrails for information protection, compliance, threat protection, automation, and AI.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide hands‑on design direction for data classification, labeling, encryption, retention, and data security posture management.
