Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Senior M365 Platform Security, Compliance & AI Architect to define and govern the enterprise architecture for Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and AI-enabled platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise tech with security/data/AI platform architecture focus.
• Experience with Purview, Information Protection, Defender, Entra ID, Power Platform, Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Own target-state architecture and multi-year roadmap for Microsoft Purview, MIP, Defender, Power Platform, Copilot.
• Define architectures, boundaries, integration models, and guardrails for information protection, compliance, threat protection, and AI.
• Lead reviews and provide design direction for data classification, encryption, retention, and DLP.
• Define architecture for Defender capabilities, including threat detection and incident workflows.
• Establish governance for Copilot/agents, including data readiness, grounding sources, and access controls.
• Collaborate with Security, Risk, Legal, Privacy, and Ops to embed Zero Trust and secure-by-design controls.
• Identify and mitigate risks from oversharing, excessive permissions, and external dependencies.
