Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced M365 Platform Engineer and Developer to advance enterprise-scale automation across Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. You will build and maintain production-grade automations, pipelines, and toolchains, leveraging Graph, Azure management APIs, and secure identity practices to improve cloud operations reliability.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale cloud or systems management and automation engineering.
3+ years of PowerShell development including module development, advanced functions, error handling, logging, testing, and performance optimization.
Experience building and maintaining production-grade automations, workflows, and API-integrated solutions for cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Build scripts and modules for Azure Resource Manager tasks, Azure AD or Entra ID operations, and governance automations.
Integrate with cloud-native automation services such as Azure functions, automation accounts, runbooks, and managed identities.
Automate Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Graph workloads, including user lifecycle, licensing, compliance tasks, and monitoring.
Create scalable scripts that follow M365 throttling, retry logic, and API best practices.
Support modernization, automation expansion, agentic AI, custom tooling, and platform efficiency.
