United States Digital Space LLC seeks an Senior M365 Platform Security, Compliance & AI Architect to define and govern the enterprise architecture for Microsoft 365 security, data protection, and AI-enabled governance. You will shape target state, standards, and integration for Purview, M365 Defender, Copilot Studio, and related services, ensuring secure data use and compliant automation across the org.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise technology experience with 5+ years designing or governing security, compliance, or AI platform architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the target-state architecture and multi-year roadmap for Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Information Protection, Defender, Power Platform, 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Define reference architectures, integration models, and guardrails for information protection, compliance, threat protection, and low-code automation.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide hands-on design direction for data classification, encryption, retention, DLP, eDiscovery, auditing, and data security posture management.
• Define architecture for Defender capabilities, threat detection, incident workflows, and alignment with Zero Trust and security operations.
• Establish governance for Power Apps/Power Automate including environments, data policies, ownership, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Define foundation for Copilot/Agent governance including data readiness, grounding sources, permissions, connectors, and responsible AI controls.
• Partner with Security, Data Management, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Operations to embed Zero Trust and secure-by-design controls.
• Evaluate roadmap changes and translate them into architecture decisions, investment options, and risk-based recommendations.
• Maintain architecture health, metrics, and communicate risks to governance forums.
