NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Messaging Services Advisor-M365 Administrator to join our team. The role focuses on administration, support, and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Exchange hybrid, and Teams.
You will deliver customer-focused service across 24x7 operations and collaborate with global engineers. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of M365 experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience administering and supporting M365 workloads.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Security & Compliance.
Responsabilidades
- Provide maintenance, support and troubleshooting for M365 services including Exchange Online, Hybrid and Teams.
- Manage archiving, retention policies and eDiscovery as needed.
- Ensure high availability and performance of Microsoft 365 environment.
- Deliver high-quality support with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams and mentor junior staff.
