Job summary

Enterprise Technology Services (Etek) in Washington, DC is seeking a senior-level, hands-on Microsoft 365 Collaboration and Messaging Engineer to support a large enterprise environment. You will design, integrate, and troubleshoot Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams across cloud and on-premises infrastructures, with emphasis on secure email delivery and messaging architecture.

The role requires deep knowledge of end-to-end mail flow, DMARC, S/MIME, mail gateways, and integrations with SaaS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Deep expertise in Exchange Online and Teams within large enterprise
Strong knowledge of end-to-end email delivery, security, and governance

Responsibilities

Serve as senior resource for Exchange Online, Teams, and M365 integration
Design, troubleshoot, and support M365 services across cloud and on-prem environments
Lead Tier 3 escalations and complex collaboration issues
Automate tasks using PowerShell and other admin tools
Develop architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and troubleshooting procedures
Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
